1. Overview
Nunoly ("we", "our") provides QR code generation, page building and event tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to nunoly.com and the Nunoly applications.
2. Data you give us
Account details (name, email, password — stored only as a secure hash), content you create (pages, links, images, event details), and support messages you send us. During early access, most project content is stored locally on your own device and never reaches our servers.
3. Data collected automatically
When pages are published, we collect usage data such as page views, link clicks and QR scans, plus technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
4. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, deliver emails you request (such as ticket confirmations), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage for sign-in sessions and preferences. Your unpublished projects are kept in your browser's local storage; clearing browser data deletes them permanently.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run Nunoly (hosting, database, email delivery) under data-processing agreements, and when required by law.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at privacy@nunoly.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Retention & security
We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after closure, except where law requires retention. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and least-privilege controls.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
