1. The service
Nunoly provides tools to create QR codes, link pages, business websites and event registrations. Features marked PRO are free during early access; paid plans will be introduced with clear notice before any charge.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Nunoly for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, including phishing, malware distribution, spam, or infringing others' rights. We may suspend content or accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any images, logos and files you upload.
5. QR codes and links
Static QR codes you create are yours and work indefinitely. Dynamic QR codes and published pages depend on the service remaining active and on your account being in good standing.
6. Paid services
Future paid plans, custom domains and professional services will be billed in advance, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are refundable as described at purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunoly is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, published pages and dynamic codes are deactivated.
